Returns & Exchanges
At Prosytle Wigs, we strive to provide the best quality wigs and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, a purchased wig may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within a specified period. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and speedy process.
- You have the option to return your wig within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned wig. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style, color, or size, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it.
- Contact our customer service team at email@example.com to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number and details of the desired exchange.
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an exchange confirmation email with further instructions.
- You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- The exchanged wig will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned wig.
- Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Prosytle Wigs reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
